CARDIOPULMONARY AI TECHNOLOGY.

SorGiver™ frail care technology solution, empowers nursing staff with an innovative AI digital stethoscope. This device identifies, classifies, and analyses respiratory and cardiac sounds. This auscultation technology improves the quick and accurate diagnosis of chest and heart conditions.

It also enables the sharing of recorded auscultations with specialists and other providers for the purpose of  improving the diagnosis. This eliminates the human error risk and provides reassurance in diagnosis between the care nurse and the doctor as it is backed up with recorded evidence. 

CLINICAL DATA DIGITAL RECORDING.

The application interface helps ensure that all relevant measurements are digitally registered. SorGiver™ uses clinical digital health devices that digitally auscultate the chest and heart, measure blood pressure, glucose, weight, SpO2 and  temperature.

These devices are integrated via Bluetooth for a simple data registration process onto a digital health platform. This eliminates human error risk and improves accurate diagnosis of clincal conditions.

COLLABORATIVE CARE

The daily examinations of frail patients by caring nurses using the SorGiver™  care platform, generate individual patients' health data which is then stored in the cloud. This health data can be shared (when neccessary) asynchronously or synchronously with a senior nursing sister or consulting doctors who can then provide medical advise on the continued patient management.

HEALTH DATA ANALYTICS

The SorGiver™  technology creates a synchronized storage of measurements and recordings onto the web dashboard, where data analysis of results, history, trends are compared with previous clinical encounters. 

Clinical data analytics also provide early identification of patient health deterioration, which triggers early medical interventions.
