Personalized health Advisory

Our care team includes doctors, nurses, consulting specialists, and dieticians who are vital developing individual care programs for our subscribing client-patients. The senior adult's family doctor/ nurse forms part of the advisory team. This coaching team provides advise informed by the senior individual's shared  home self-measured health data.
